Circus On Fire

Bucky To be honest, this was my first experience with the Blueflowers and I am completely blown away. Mixing a neo-psychedelic atmosphere with cosmic twang and Gothic rockabilly, 'Circus on Fire' oscillates through a hazy plume of reverb while a fiery aura of darkness rises over a western gypsy punk.

Mark Schettenhelm A change, a new Blueflowers are debuting with this album. The sound is more raw, heavier, yet instantly recognizable. They've put more noir to the folk. This is not a first listen album, you need to open it up to let it breathe, then sip and savor. Each listen reveals something new. It will take some time to really understand what they have accomplished - and that's a good thing, a very good thing. Favorite track: Something Better.
